PHILOSOPHY:
I believe when a child comes into my
care, a very important relationship
begins to grow, and that the parents and
I form a strong partnership in caring
and guiding the child. I know my
schedule needs to be flexible for the
mothers and fathers who work outside
their home.
It is my honor to serve my local
community by offering a stable,
flexible, loving and educationally rich
environment so that the mothers and
fathers can meet their commitment.
I promise at all times to give the very
best care possible to your child. Every
child is an individual who has his/her
own rate of physical development and own
pace of learning. Each child is
accepted, loved, nurtured, and taught as
an individual. I will encourage and
build each child’s imagination and
creativity to instill a greater sense of
self-worth and encourage
self-confidence.
Every child is guided through the day
with positive reinforcement in all
activities, always encouraged to try and
try again, and is never pressured into
participation of any activity.
Our daily activities are designed to
provide appropriate experiences in the
following early childhood development
areas: Social Development, Cognitive
Development, Language Skills, Physical
Development, and Emotional Development.

communicating to non speaking infant and
toddler, offering Preschoolers an
opportunity to excel using ASL as a
second language
