About Me Philosophy I believe that family childcare is a very important extension of you and your child's family. As your child becomes involved in the daily routines they will see the connections between home and family childcare in a friendly and supporting way. A flexible daily program will respond to the needs and interests of the children, individually, and in group settings. By encouraging children to learn and develop at their own level they will gain the confidence of self-importance. Give them guidance and understanding and they will have the opportunity to explore their world in a safe and controlled environment. Experience As a teenager, I put in many hours babysitting. I have been a part of the early childhood department of our church for the last 4 years. I am CPR/First Aid certified for both infants and children. I am a State licensed provider and a member of Heartland Family Services food program. I am also an active member of ChildCare Share Resource & Support Group for childcare professionals. Early Learning Program Our day is filled with lots of learning experiences. Indoor and outdoor exploration, music and movement, manipulative, small and large motor activities and literacy. Policies If you are interested, please call me at (402) 573-0861 or email me at lizhanson18@yahoo.com to schedule an interview and meet your child(ren) and to discuss my daycare policies. |
